I got this item yesturday. It took 12 hours for it to charge!!!! It didn't have any battery till the last two hours, once it turned on, I couldn't hear anything through the phone. I had to turn the speaker on (in that case all the people in my office could hear the other party!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!). I called costumer service but they didn't answer, I put a message, I wonder if I can return it?!

Worst than expectedBy bella
CONS: hard to contact the seller (doesn't responds), product worst than you expected.
PROS: gave some consideration by giving extra screen protector and casing which i don't really need and want to return.
Learned my lesson by keeping the old, full of scratch IPhone that was supposed to be a gift and to think I just ordered a Used refurbished on a different seller and it is in in BETTER condition!

Not what I asked forBy carlos
The phone wasnt what I ordered I ordered an unlocked phone, instead I received a locked refurbished phone. I was trying to actually make it work being that I'm in Afghanistan now and would've been too difficult to return. It has been exactly 30 days since I ordered this phone and today my backlight on the display goes out. I want a complete refund minus the shipping and handling. I wouldnt advise anyone to do business with these guys.
