My case looks used, could have been much better :/By Prentice
I was very excited to find a really cute covering for my Evo, but my expectations were a little too high. The pink leopard design is beautiful, very girly which is what i do love about it. But my only gripes about it was that the one I received looks like it was used already by someone else and the bordering on the side of my touchscreen look rubbed off. It looks stained like somebody's makeup was left on it and they didn't clean it off.
The rubberized covering isn't really all that "rubbery" and mostly just a smooth surface. Also, its takes the jaws of life to pry off the covering! I tried to replace the screen protector on it and the indention on the left side of the case was big enough for my fingernail to pry it but i ended up using a little screwdriver to take it off from an opening on top of the phone while trying not to scratch or damage it. So if there was a separate rating for overall look. i'd give it 5 stars for the design only. The quality of the product is poor, and i hate to give it a bad rating, but the case i received does not look brand new at all. Very disappointed.

the quality of the case is good. however, i was not aware of the fact that once you put the case on your phone, you CANNOT take it off. this fact should be made known to prospective buyers. also, the shippers used the USPS Innovations postal service which took a very long time. i was beginning to think the item was not coming. it eventually did, about 2 weeks late.
